Come to the church on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Saturdays of each month to join a small group of people learning to practice Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a low-impact form of mental-physical exercise rooted in Chinese traditions. Benefits can include: relaxation, lower blood pressure, improved balance, decreased aches and pains, and increased strength and endurance. We meet at 1:30 each Saturday in Coleman Hall. If Coleman is needed for something else, we use part of the sanctuary.
